We develop our websites in HTML and PHP and can set up a complete content management system (CMS) based on your requirements. Ou designs utilise the latest design techniques with Cascading Style Sheets and are done in Macromedia Dreamweaver, the industry standard software for web development. Such a site can be viewed in any browser (and is tested for compliance), such as Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.
Our site design includes all components of a web page, ie layout, text formatting, forms (including back-end databases) graphic design of banners and buttons, inclusion of pictures (as provided by the client and/or obtained from open-source, royalty free stock imaging services or purchased from online databases) and all document conversion to HTML and PDF.
We also provide added value in ensuring professional language editing of the text on your site and will submit your site to a range of major local and international search engines - all at no additional cost!
We can even help with websites in Afrikaans, German, French and Portuguese.

Content management systems and databases
Our databases are PHP driven with mySQL and Postgresql. They provide for a complete, customised content management system with online searching and updating. The CMS provides integrated templates for content, text and graphical components and relational database integration for all files through a system interface.
The purpose of such a system is to enable you, the web owner or your staff member(s) to update and manage all content on the website through an online administrative component without the need for any specific web design or programming skills.

Some explanatory notes
Web hosting
A website has to be hosted by an Internet Service Provider (ISP) at a monthly fee or alternatively hosted on your own server in-house or on your own server lodged at an ISP. This enables users to view it on the Internet. We can assist to provide you with customised hosting solutions for as little as R20 per month.
Domain registration
Any unique web address or 'domain' (eg www.myownwebsite.co.za) has to be registered at a fee before it can be used. You also pay an annual renewal fee to retain the use of your domain.
The .co.za extension is typically used by commercial concerns and the most widely used in South Africa, whereas the .org.za domain is mostly used by organisations (e.g. semi-government and NGOs). We can register your .co.za domain for as little as R50 with an annual renewal fee of R50, but can also register any other domain such as .com, .net, .org etc.
Meta tag generation and search engines
A website has to comply with certain criteria to make it searchable via Internet search engines such as Google. We ensure search engine and search robot compliance in our designs and also submit new websites to some thirty international and local search engines upon completion - free of charge! This ensures that your website can be found on the Internet and assists with the marketing of yur site.
